E-mail Print PDF

EBC hosts Electric Book Communities for publishers, educators, and researchers who need to communicate complex technical issues through web content. Participation is open to registered subscribers, although most communities make available a public 'visitor' site to provide the public with a sampling of content.Supported browser logos Subscribers get the opportunity to exchange notes (messages) to other members of the community, as well as a private 'notebook' to keep their own notes and references to the site's content.

What do I need as a subscriber?

EBC applications run well on 'modern' browsers, including Internet Explorer 8,  Firefox 3.x, Google Chrome, and Opera browsers.  Users of IE 8, however, can reference complete paragraphs in their references; other browsers support text selection down to individual words.

Most communities hosted by Electric Book Company are open for public registration - meaning that a link to a registration page is available to anyone agreeing to a 'standard issue' terms of service statement. All you have to do is select the link from our 'community login' page and click a 'register now' link.
